Refund policy

Returns
KA-EX UK Ltd. generally does not grant a right of return for food items. Customers are asked to check the delivered goods immediately for completeness and damage. Any complaints must be submitted in writing by email, including photos, to info@ka-ex.com within 5 working days of receiving the goods. The defect will be reviewed by KA-EX UK Ltd. without delay. If the defect is accepted, the customer will receive a replacement item of the same kind, if available. Otherwise, the purchase price of the product will be refunded.

In the case of incorrect delivery, the complained-about goods must be returned to KA-EX UK Ltd. within 10 days of receipt (postmark date), with an appropriate note. A condition for exercising the right of return is that the customer returns the goods complete and undamaged. Opened, soiled, or used products will not be accepted. Please also return the goods in their original packaging. Gift vouchers are excluded from the right of return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

The warranty for purchased items from KA-EX UK Ltd. is limited to the guarantees provided by the respective manufacturer. Any claim for replacement or refund becomes void in the case of improper handling or personal interference.
