KA-EX UK LTD. will deliver the ordered items to the customer within 2 to 6 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Currently, deliveries are only made within UK. Delivery is carried out by DHL to the customer’s doorstep.

If delivery of the goods fails despite several delivery attempts, KA-EX UK LTD. may withdraw from the purchase contract. KA-EX UK LTD. makes every effort to comply with the stated delivery times. However, in the event of delays, KA-EX UK LTD. rejects any claims for compensation.
