Key Benefits KA-EX CREATINE EAA+ BOOSTER
Key Benefits KA-EX RECHARGE+
1. What is KA-EX® CREATINE EAA+ BOOSTER and how does it work?
KA-EX® CREATINE EAA+ BOOSTER is a high-performance pre- and intra-workout formula designed to support energy output, focus, blood flow, and muscular endurance during intense training.
The formula targets three distinct performance levers simultaneously:
Power output and strength: Creapure® creatine monohydrate — the most clinically validated form of creatine, manufactured to pharmaceutical standards — enhances physical performance during short-term, high-intensity efforts by replenishing creatine stores, the immediate energy currency of explosive muscular contractions.
Blood flow and endurance: L-Citrulline drives nitric oxide production through the arginine pathway, while organic beetroot extract contributes dietary nitrates that convert to nitric oxide via a separate mechanism. Together, they support vasodilation, improving oxygen and nutrient delivery to working muscles throughout the session.
Focus and alertness: Caffeine contributes to concentration, alertness, and short-term physical performance — helping you stay sharp from the first rep to the last.
Supporting these three pillars are Betaine, which targets the same ATP resynthesis pathway as creatine for a compounding power effect, EAAs to ensure amino acid availability during the session, and a full electrolyte panel — magnesium, calcium, potassium, and sodium — providing the electrochemical environment that muscle contractions, nerve signalling, and hydration all depend on.
2. When should I take KA-EX® CREATINE EAA+ BOOSTER?
KA-EX® CREATINE EAA+ BOOSTER is designed to be taken immediately before or during training to support performance from the moment your session begins.
3. Creatine is unstable in water - how does KA-EX® CREATINE EAA+ BOOSTER keep it effective in a ready-to-drink bottle?
Creatine rapidly converts to creatinine (an inactive waste product) when stored in liquid, especially in the acidic conditions of flavoured drinks. This makes it challenging to have a creatine ready to drink product on the market.
KA-EX® CREATINE EAA+ BOOSTER is the world’s only creatine RTD thanks to the VICAP technology: Creapure® creatine is stored dry inside the push-cap until the moment you activate it. No contact with water during shelf life means zero degradation. You get the full 3g of active creatine, every time.
4. Are the powder sachets and push-cap bottle the same formula?
Yes — both formats contain the same functional ingredients in the same dosage. The only difference is in the separation of certain components for stability in the bottle, such as creatine.
5. KA-EX® CREATINE EAA+ BOOSTER has zero sugar — so where does the energy come from?
KA-EX® CREATINE EAA+ BOOSTER delivers performance through ingredients that work directly with your body's own energy systems.
Creatine refuels the phosphocreatine levels your muscles use for explosive efforts. Caffeine activates your central nervous system, sharpening focus and reducing perceived effort. L-Citrulline and beetroot extract increase blood flow, so more oxygen reaches your muscles throughout the session.
The result is sustained, clean energy. No sugar means no spike, no crash, and no impact on blood glucose or insulin before training, making it suitable for any athlete, at any time of day.
1. When and how should I take KA-EX® RECHARGE+?
KA‑EX® is designed to be taken immediately after physical exercise or activity to support recovery. The cortisol spike from exercise peaks within 30-90 minutes post-training, making the post-workout window critical. Since recovery processes last over 48 hours, many athletes also take it on rest days.
KA‑EX® can also be taken on demanding workdays, during periods of mental fatigue, or whenever your body is under stress — whether physical or psychological.
The recommended serving is one KA‑EX® per day, available in either sachet or bottle format. Mix one sachet with 500 ml (approx. 17 oz) of cold water, shake well until fully dissolved, and drink chilled.
2. Can diabetics take KA-EX® RECHARGE+?
KA‑EX® contains 6 g of glucose and 12 g of fructose per serving — similar to the sugar content of an average apple. Diabetics should account for this in their insulin or dietary management and consult with a healthcare professional if unsure.
3. Can pregnant or breastfeeding women take KA-EX® RECHARGE+?
There are no known concerns, but KA‑EX® contains several vitamins (e.g. folate, B12, C) that might already be supplemented elsewhere. It’s important not to exceed the recommended daily intake. Please consult a doctor before using during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
4. Does KA-EX® RECHARGE+ contain caffeine or stimulants?
No. KA‑EX® is 100% free from stimulants like caffeine or taurine.
5. Why does KA-EX® RECHARGE+ contain sugar?
It’s true that sugar can cause a short-term cortisol spike lasting 30 to 60 minutes. However, in the context of post-exercise recovery, this effect is largely irrelevant.
Intense physical activity elevates cortisol levels for 48 to 72 hours due to muscle damage, inflammation, and systemic stress. In comparison, the brief spike caused by sugar is minimal and does not contribute to any meaningful additional cortisol load.
KA‑EX® contains only 18g of sugar—the same amount and type found in a regular apple (12g fructose, 6g glucose)—and is classified as “low in sugar.” Yet this small amount plays a critical role in the product’s effectiveness by enabling key recovery processes:
• Replenishment of muscle glycogen: Glycogen is the body’s primary fuel source during exercise. Recovery requires energy, and restoring glycogen immediately post-workout is essential for proper muscle repair and performance rebound.
• Facilitated nutrient and electrolyte absorption: Sugar acts as a transport facilitator. As glucose and fructose are taken up into muscle cells, they carry along vital co-transported substances—such as electrolytes, L-glutamine (for cellular repair), anti-inflammatory compounds, and alkaline minerals to restore optimal pH balance.
Research shows that even when the body is adequately supplied with protein and other nutrients, the absence of sugar post-exercise can reduce recovery efficacy by up to 34%. In fact, after high-intensity training, it is often recommended to consume 60g of carbohydrates to support full recovery.
6. How is KA-EX® RECHARGE+ different from a regular sports drink or electrolyte mix?
Most sports drinks and electrolyte mixes are designed with a single goal in mind: rehydration. They typically contain water, sodium, potassium, and simple carbohydrates to replace what is lost through sweat during exercise. While these are important, they address only one dimension of what your body needs after intense physical activity.
KA‑EX® is clinically developed and patented in Switzerland as a full-spectrum recovery formula, targeting multiple recovery pathways simultaneously:
• Hormonal recovery: Phosphatidylserine supports regulation of the cortisol response to exercise-induced stress, helping the body return to hormonal balance more efficiently.
• Muscle repair and immune support: L-glutamine plays a central role in muscle repair and immune function, which are compromised following high-intensity exercise.
• Sleep and mood support: L-tryptophan is the dietary precursor to both serotonin and melatonin, supporting the sleep quality that is essential for tissue repair and growth hormone release.
• Antioxidant defence: L-cysteine helps neutralizing the oxidative stress generated by intense exercise.
• Energy and electrolyte restoration: A glucose and fructose combination initiates carbohydrate replenishment, alongside a full electrolyte profile supporting fluid balance, nerve conduction, and muscle contractility.
• Micronutrient support: vitamins B6 and B12 support energy metabolism, while zinc and selenium contribute to immune defense and antioxidant enzyme activity.
7. Are the powder sachets and push-cap bottle the same formula?
Yes — both formats contain the same functional ingredients in the same dosage. The only difference is in the separation of certain components for stability in the bottle.
